إِنَّهُ هُوَ يُبْدِئُ وَيُعِيد
“It is indeed He who originates (begins) and restores (brings back). ” 85:13
Al Mubdi’ (the Beginner) and al-Mu’eed (the Restorer) are often paired together as He who begins (originates) creation will also restore it (re creates).
يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ ضُرِبَ مَثَلٌ فَاسْتَمِعُوا لَهُ ۚ إِنَّ الَّذِينَ تَدْعُونَ مِنْ دُونِ اللَّهِ لَنْ يَخْلُقُوا ذُبَابًا وَلَوِ اجْتَمَعُوا لَهُ
