08 AL ‘AZEEZ – THE INCOMPARABLE

THE MIGHTY, THE HONOURABLE – TOTALLY INVINCIBLE.

هُوَ ٱللَّهُ ٱلَّذِى لَآ إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ ٱلْمَلِكُ ٱلْقُدُّوسُ ٱلسَّلَٰمُ ٱلْمُؤْمِنُ ٱلْمُهَيْمِنُ ٱلْعَزِيزُ ٱلْجَبَّارُ ٱلْمُتَكَبِّرُ
He is Allah, besides Whom there is no god; the King, the Holy, the Giver of peace, the Giver of security, The Guardian over all, the Mighty, the Enforcer , the Possessor of every greatness 59:23

There is no strength or power in the universe that compares to Al ‘Azeez. He created everyone with unique strengths and significance; No one is worthless.

وَهُوَ ٱلَّذِى جَعَلَكُمْ خَلَٰٓئِفَ ٱلْأَرْضِ وَرَفَعَ بَعْضَكُمْ فَوْقَ بَعْضٍ دَرَجَٰتٍ لِّيَبْلُوَكُمْ فِى مَآ ءَاتَىٰكُمْ 
And He it is Who has made you representatives in the earth raising you in ranks that He might test you by what He has given you…. 6:165
Al ‘Azeez gave each of us unique abilities and strengths, and He will evaluate us based on how useful we ar to humanity what He has given us.
As human beings, our mandate is to use the strengths given to us by Al ‘Azeez for the benefit of others.

One is ‘Azeez’ amongst people when they are useful in matters that lead others to their personal best. The honour of each one of us is in proportion to our usefulness, accessibility, support and concern in guiding others.

Recite YAA ‘AZEEZ especially after Fair Salaa to gain honour and independence from creation and the ability to help others.
