إِنَّ رَبِّي قَرِيبٌ مُجِيبٌ
‘My Master is The Ever Near Responder’ 11:61
He hears each and every call. Not knowing how, where or how the answer comes protects us from our limited imagination, but to know that the answer will definitely come makes lovers of Divinity out of us.
وَإِذَا سَأَلَكَ عِبَادِي عَنِّي فَإِنِّي قَرِيبٌ ۖ أُجِيبُ دَعْوَةَ الدَّاعِ إِذَا دَعَانِ ۖ فَلْيَسْتَجِيبُوا لِي وَلْيُؤْمِنُوا بِي لَعَلَّهُمْ يَرْشُدُونَ
“When My servants ask you about Me, [tell them that] I am indeed near. I answer the call of every caller when he calls Me. So let them respond to Me, and let them have faith in Me, so that they may be rightly guided” 2:186
If we feel distant, He does not go anywhere – we have moved away. To get close to Him, just converse with Him for only He has all the answers.
Dua (Prayer) is a generator of energy.
“When you ask (knock at His door), know that the response is already there.” Prophet Muhammad (pbuh)
“When Allah inspires your tongue to ask. Know that He wants to respond.”
No matter how much you’ve gone astray, no matter how difficult life is; even when the pain is unbearable and all you can do is silently cry out from the heart, know that the door to Al Mujeeb is always open. He promises to respond.
“When the world pushes you to your knees, you’re in the perfect position to pray” Rumi
Recite YAA MUJEEB frequently before asking for your needs.
